Creating a Contact Profile


Complete the following steps to create a contact profile:

1. Select the add icon then click “Create Contact” as shown in the image below.

2. In the “Basic Information” window, there are two available contact types, Non-Individual and Individual.

  • Select the contact type, complete the required information then click Save-Go To Profile.

The new contact profile displays with a default view of the Contact Profile tab.

To add the following to the contact profile, complete the following steps:

  • Add Mailing Address
  • Add Email Address
  • Add Phone Number

1. Select the Details tab and click the icon to add the address, phone numbers and email addresses.

2. In the Add Mailing Address window, enter the address information then click Save.

5. Enter the Email Address then click Save.

6. Enter the Phone Number then click Save.

7. The new contact profile displays with a business card view of the contact basic information.
